Return Policy
Everyone of our candles go through a thorough quality control test burn and inspection prior to shipping in order to provide the best quality candle product.
Please inspect your candles carefully before use. We want you to love our soy candles and if you don’t we will do what ever we can to make it up to you. We will be glad to address problems relating to manufacture of candle or breakages in transit. Photos of broken items will be required.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if not satisfied with the scent selection.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a mistake or there is a manufacturing defect we will be happy to pay for the return cost.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
